Hi friends,
I wanted to share a beautiful 5 minute meditation one of my dearest friends have just shared with her Yoga Community. Claire runs an amazing Yoga Studio in North Fitzroy and has kindly recorded a free mediation for anyone feeling the stress or anxious due to this crazy and unappreciated health crisis. Through times of anxiousness and uncertainty it so important that we take time out find some calm. We are moving forward into incredibly uncertain times, and I hope that everyone remembers to take care of themselves and each other. xxx Please visit the link below for Claire's video. Visit the wonderful artist studio of the highly esteemed and celebrated artist Julie Kent. Julie is opening her doors on Saturday and Sunday from 9 am during this Sandford Bush Festival weekend of 7th and 8th March. Please message Julie on 0427012727 for address. Original art ..new paintings 50% off selected works Everyone welcome. Also whilst in town, head across to the greatly anticipated Sandford Bush festival. Visit https://www.sandfordfestival.com/ for more details and program of events. Recently we were so pleased to be able to raise $300 for Wildlife Victoria bushfire relief by donating 3 nights stay at Lucy’s Artist Cottage. There is nothing that we can add to the narrative regarding the horrific and devastating loss our environment has sustained over this past summer season. We will continue to donate and encourage others too also to the wonderful people at Wildlife Victoria to help the ongoing efforts taking care of all the injured and homeless animals. https://www.wildlifevictoria.org.au/case-donations |
